Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking a Lead Setting Call Center Agent to manage inbound calls and proactively contact leads to schedule qualified appointments with homeowners. You will follow call processes, overcome objections, and help drive sales opportunities for our in-home team.

The ideal candidate communicates well, is organized, and comfortable multitasking across programs and data entry, with a proactive, results-driven attitude to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Call center, sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable multitasking between conversations, computer systems, and data entry.
• Driven, motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to online leads, lead providers, and inbound lead forms.
• Using the provided call script as a guide to create natural conversations, build rapport, overcome objections, and effectively set appointments.
• Following the established SOPs and call cadence for each lead source.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team while ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and customer interactions within our internal systems.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting and conversion goals.
