Job summary

Dexian seeks a ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Engineer to lead design, implementation, and ongoing development of enterprise IT Asset Management capabilities within ServiceNow. You will own Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management, drive governance, automation, and reporting to deliver measurable value.

You'll collaborate with IT, security, finance, procurement, operations, and vendors to optimize assets, ensure data quality, and align with CMDB and Discovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, IT operations or related tech.
• Hands-on HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementation experience.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow HAM and SAM capabilities.
• Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement and disposal.
• Align asset practices with CMDB, Discovery, and data models for accurate data.
• Collaborate with IT, security, finance, procurement, and operations.
• Develop automated workflows across asset lifecycle processes.
• Establish asset governance standards, normalization rules, and compliance controls.
• Support software license compliance and cost optimization.
• Create dashboards and reports for asset health, compliance, and risks.
• Assist with audit readiness and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Contribute to platform modernization and enterprise data strategy.
