Job summary

NTT DATA in Atlanta seeks a ServiceNow IRM Lead to drive enterprise risk management capabilities, including risk, controls, assessments, issues, and related workflows.

The ideal candidate will have CSA certification and 3+ years of hands-on IRM experience, collaborating with business, risk, compliance, architecture, and engineering teams. 3 days per week office-based with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise risk and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
• Configure and extend IRM data models, workflows, and dashboards.
• Provide technical leadership and perform design reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT.
• Document designs, decisions, and operational procedures.
