Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, seeks a ServiceNow IRM Lead to drive enterprise risk management on the ServiceNow platform.

You will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to design and implement IRM capabilities, including risk, controls, assessments, issues, and related workflows. You will lead configuration, development, and integrations, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, best-practice implementations across governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of IT experience including enterprise application implementation or technology consulting.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience (configuration, development, workflows, integrations).
• 3+ years implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years designing risk, controls, assessments, issues, or compliance workflows in ServiceNow.
• 2+ years working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into technical solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, notifications, dashboards, REST/SOAP integrations.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring ServiceNow engineers and establishing platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, development, and implementation of IRM capabilities (risk, controls, assessments, issues, workflows).
• Extend out-of-the-box risk and controls solutions with best-practice configurations.
• Design data models, workflows, notifications, integrations, dashboards, and reports for enterprise risk processes.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and troubleshooting for ServiceNow engineers.
