DXC Technology Company is seeking a Product Manager for Smart Apps to own roadmap execution across DXC’s Property and Casualty portfolio, including Assure Policy, Billing and Claims components, in a fast-moving SAFe environment.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Offering Managers and Delivery teams, guide requirements, and oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering and product management experience.
• Experience in Insurance, data migration, and Agile delivery.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Product Manager for Smart Apps, owning end-to-end release lifecycle.
• Strategize and manage the product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee product lifecycle from inception to delivery, aligning with customer needs.
• Champion Product Management best practices to drive value and innovation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, and business analysts.
• Act as liaison between account teams, project teams, and customers.
• Drive release planning, execution, and monitoring in SAFe® practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Bring deep insurance industry expertise, particularly in claims and underwriting modernization.
