Innova Solutions is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer for Third Party Risk Management to lead TPRM design and implementation across vendor risk workflows.

You will work with Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Audit, Security, and Technology teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and dashboards.

This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow development

• CSA certification

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and enhancements for ServiceNow TPRM

Lead ServiceNow Developer (Third Party Risk Management)

Position Type: Full-time (Contract) Duration: 12+ Months Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX / Concord, CA

As aServiceNow Development Lead, you will:

• Lead ServiceNow TPRM design, development, and enhancements.
• Configure vendor onboarding, risk assessment, due diligence, and remediation workflows.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Audit, Security, and Technology teams.
• Build integrations with internal and external vendor risk systems.
• Design workflows aligned with regulatory and enterprise risk requirements.
• Support platform architecture and ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Create dashboards, reports, metrics, and risk insights.

• Ensure compliance with SDLC, change management, and control standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow TPRM or Vendor Risk Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proven experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience working within large‑scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Familiarity with Third‑Party Risk, Vendor Management, Procurement, Compliance, or Audit functions.
• Strong knowledge of vendor risk lifecycle and governance processes.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Salary Range*: $60 to $64 Per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
