Job summary

Accenture PLC in California is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Technical Leader to guide enterprise deployments, mentor developers, and shape governance for large client programs. You will influence solutions across governance, program management, and technical disciplines.

You will lead teams, drive methodology improvements, and leverage a strong ServiceNow background within a consulting context. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning, preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.
• Minimum of 4 years’ leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as code reviews & architectural reviews.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
• At least three ServiceNow certifications- System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Technical Architects can expect to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
• You are process oriented and prefer order over chaos.
• You are comfortable asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.
• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
