Job summary

West Fraser is seeking an IT Manager for Maintenance and Procurement Systems to lead enterprise technologies supporting maintenance, reliability, and procurement. Based from a Memphis-area office, you will manage a team of application specialists and partner with business leaders to improve system performance, processes, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Progressive experience supporting, implementing, or managing enterprise business applications in an industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, managing priorities, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of technical analysts and administrators.

Description

We are seeking an IT Manager, Maintenance and Procurement Systems, to lead the enterprise technologies that support our operations, maintenance management, reliability, and procurement functions. Based from one of our corporate offices in Memphis, TN you will oversee a team of application specialists, partner with business leaders and lead the delivery of improvements to system performance, business processes, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered
• Progressive experience supporting, implementing, or managing enterprise business applications in an industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environment
• Experience with maintenance, reliability, procurement, or operations-focused systems and processes; IBM Maximo experience is considered an asset
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, managing priorities, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions
