Whaley Foodservice, LLC is a leading commercial kitchen equipment repair service with 600+ employees and 31 locations across the Southeast, seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair cooking and refrigeration equipment.

Earn $28.00–$35.00/hour, plus on-call pay and a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonuses for experienced technicians, a company vehicle, medical/dental, 401(k) with profit sharing, and paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customers.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
