Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot independently.
• Good driving record and safety-conscious work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Provide repair status updates to customer and branch.
• Order parts or communicate parts needs to branch.
• Complete service calls accurately and promptly.
• Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are available.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per company standards; meet on-call requirements.
