Whaley Foodservice is hiring a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems such as grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, and reach-ins. The role includes on-call responsibilities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid Driver's license and driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet Whaley standards of safety.
• Meets on-call requirements.
