Opensity Solutions in San Diego is seeking a dynamic Lead Service Specialist to support legal operations, document production, mail services and client support in a fast-paced law firm environment.

You will act as a subject matter expert and trusted client resource, delivering exceptional service, managing priorities, and upholding service standards while coordinating copy/print, scanning, binding and shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in office services, production services, copy/print operations, facilities, hospitality, records or related service environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while acting as a trusted resource for clients and colleagues.
• Coordinate copy, print, scanning, binding, and finishing services per project instructions.
• Coordinate mail, shipping, and distribution, including parcel processing and delivery support.
