Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum two years of personnel management experience.
• Strong communication with customers to maintain high satisfaction.
• Ability to work with technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial door service department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily commitments and ensure proper execution.
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly reports and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Improve field team performance through regular reviews; assist with hiring and training.
