Job summary

McLean in Simsbury, CT is seeking a Lead Server to provide professional dining service to residents and guests and to coordinate daily dining room operations.

This hands-on role serves as a lead resource for Dining Ambassadors, assists with training and workflow, and helps ensure accurate dining records, a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Prior hosting/food service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive dining service to residents and guests.
• Lead resource for Dining Ambassadors; assist with training and workflow.
• Ensure accurate dining records and a clean, safe, welcoming environment; may cover shifts during supervisor absence.
