Provincial Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a Lead Server to oversee front-of-house dining services, train new servers, and ensure careful dining room setup and cleanliness. You will support the culinary team and maintain high hospitality standards for residents and guests.

The role requires leadership in a hospitality setting, at least 2 years in fine dining, and a valid food handler’s certificate. It offers full-time hours, competitive wages, and benefits in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in fine dining.
• Leadership experience in hospitality.
• Food handler's certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Assist culinary director with scheduling front-of-house team.
• Ensure proper food handling and service techniques by all servers.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules by team.
• Orient and train new servers.
• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals promptly and courteously.
• Ensure residents/guests are satisfied with meals.
• Maintain knowledge of specials and descriptions of all food items.
