Job summary

Century Park Associates is seeking Servers to deliver restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus for our senior residents. Positions are available as part-time or full-time, with operation seven days a week and shifts ranging to accommodate 15+ hours for part-time or 30-40 hours for full-time.

Wage is DOE. The Server role reports to the Dining Services Director or Dining Room Supervisor and includes training new servers, meal counts, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare or senior-care experience preferred.
• Must enjoy serving seniors and provide excellent customer service.
• Willing to work 7 days per week with flexible PT/FT hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead Server trains and guides new Servers according to Century Park standards.
• Assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Assists and ensures dining room set up with servers; assists with dish room tasks.
• Attends pre meal menu review meeting.
• Serves residents timely and with appropriate serving techniques; checks beverage refills.
• Removes dishes and cleans up dining area; resets tables for next meal.
