Job summary

Century Park Associates is seeking a friendly Server for our Pointe Frontier Retirement Community. The role focuses on delivering restaurant-style dining with a hospitality approach, working under the Dining Services leadership to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting with meal service, setting up dining rooms, guiding guests, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Prior healthcare exposure and a passion for serving seniors are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Server duties: trains and guides new servers; assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Server duties: set up dining room, assist with dish room tasks, greet residents, assist with food selection, serve meals, and maintain table cleanliness.
