Job summary

Century Park Associates’ Garden Plaza of Greenbriar Cove seeks an attentive Server to support resident dining in a resort-style senior living community. No experience required, but Saturday and Sunday availability (morning and evening) is required, with preference for restaurant experience.

The role includes serving meals, assisting with meal counts, attending menu reviews, and maintaining a clean dining area while delivering courteous, hotel-style hospitality to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides new Servers according to Century Park standards.
• Assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Assists and ensures dining room set up with servers.
• Attends pre meal menu review meeting.
• Performs duties at assigned station (beverages, salad bar).
• Greets residents and visitors in a welcoming manner.
• Assists residents with food selection.
• Checks for beverage refills timely.
• Serves residents timely and with appropriate serving techniques.
• Serves meals using trays.
• Removes dishes throughout meal service and delivers to dishwashing area.
• Removes soiled linens and places in designated laundry areas.
• Prepares for next meal: cleans tables, wipes out chairs, fills condiment containers, mops, sweeps, cleans coffee maker, juice machine, etc.
