Job summary

Century Park Associates is seeking a Server to provide restaurant-style dining services with a hospitality focus for our senior residents in Florida. The role reports to the Dining Services Director and includes leading server training and guiding new staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with meal counts, maintaining dining room setup, greeting residents, serving meals with proper technique, and ensuring a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Must enjoy serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Trustworthy and dependable.
• Able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides new servers.
• Assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Assists with dining room setup with servers.
• Assists with dish room tasks.
• Greets residents and assists with food selection.
• Delivers meals and serves with proper technique.
• Keeps dining area clean and safe.
• Prepares tables for next meal.
