Century Park Associates is seeking servers to join our dining services team. The role supports delivering restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus to residents, under the direction of the Dining Services Director or Dining Room Supervisor.

We hire full-time, part-time, and PRN positions during day and evening shifts. The team trains new servers, assists with meal counts, maintains dining room setup, and ensures high-quality service while upholding Century Park standards.

Mansioni

• Trains and guides new Servers according to Century Park standards.
• Assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Assists and ensures dining room set up with servers.
• Attends pre meal menu review meeting.
• Performs duties at assigned station (beverages, salad bar).
• Greets residents and visitors in a welcoming manner.
• Assists residents with food selection and beverage refills.
• Serves residents timely and with appropriate serving techniques.
• Serves meals using trays and strips and resets tables as needed.
• Removes dishes, linens, and cleans dining area; handles trash and cleaning prep for next meal.
