Snowbird Resort in Utah seeks a Lead Server to oversee daily dining room operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and help ensure guest satisfaction during the winter season.

You’ll coordinate with front- and back-of-house teams, enforce standards, handle guest requests, and contribute to nightly reports and labor planning while working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or substituted with related work experience.
• 2-3 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate front- and back-of-house to exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee and evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or terminations.
• Maintain appearance and sanitation standards daily and ensure safe practices for staff and guests.
• Plan and supervise dining room service and manage flow during peak periods.
• Maintain revenues and payroll records and contribute to monthly profit and loss statements.
• Address guest concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
