Snowbird is seeking a Lead Server for the winter season to manage daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant Manager. You will oversee team performance, inventory, ordering, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout dining service.

The role requires strong guest service skills, 21+ age, and relevant certifications. Shifts vary; housing is not provided, and the position starts late November or December.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field may substitute education for experience.
• 2-3 years of job-specific experience with demonstrated competence.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Food Handlers & Alcohol Certification.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and communicate with FOH and BOH to ensure a dining experience that exceeds guests’ expectations.
• Supervise staff performance, and assist in scheduling and payroll records.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards daily in accordance with policy.
• Manage guest issues professionally and resolve complaints.
