Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch is seeking a Lead Server to guide the front-of-house team and uphold exceptional member experiences in a high-end setting. You will lead by example, mentor servers, and collaborate with management to maintain service standards.

You will be responsible for section leadership, training, knowledge of food and beverage, and ensuring smooth operations during busy periods. Flexibility for weekends and events is required.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-end restaurant, private club, resort, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Previous lead server, captain, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to members and their guests.
• Lead the front-of-house team during shifts and coordinate with management.
• Coach team members on menu knowledge, wine and beverage service, and POS procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and daily service priorities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and service stations.
• Support events, private dining, and cross-location needs.
