Devil May Care is seeking a skilled Server to join our fast-paced lounge, delivering refined hospitality and on-floor leadership. You will handle tableside service, cocktail and wine service, and accurate order entry in a dynamic setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year serving experience in fine dining and hold valid TABC and Food Handlers certifications. English fluency and a polished, professional demeanor are essential.

Formación

• 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification required prior to start date.
• Excellent communication skills; must read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in all aspects of table service, including tableside service, serving food, wine, and cocktails.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Input orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain attentiveness to guests and team members throughout the shift.
• Collaborate to clear service bottlenecks and adapt to on-the-fly changes.
