Landed is seeking a skilled server to deliver gracious hospitality in a high-volume dining environment. The role requires strong menu knowledge, the ability to upsell specials, and proactive guest service while maintaining cleanliness and teamwork.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of server experience, preferably in fine dining, with knowledge of classic cocktails and wine. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years server experience or Tao Group Hospitality equivalent.
• Experience in fine dining preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails.

Aufgaben

• Take orders and provide full food/beverage service.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and manage payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and venue.
• Present menus, answer questions, make suggestions.
• Ensure guests receive food and beverages promptly.
• Identify dietary restrictions and alert staff as needed.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and sanitation standards.
