Levi Goode Brands in Houston is seeking a polished Fine Dining Server to deliver anticipatory service. You will connect culinary craft, beverage knowledge, and personal hospitality to create memorable dining experiences in a craft-driven environment.

Ideal candidates bring fine-dining experience, strong menu and beverage knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with captains and culinary teams. Flexible, varied hours with opportunities for growth and benefits are available.

Formación

• Fine-dining or polished full-service restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced menu learning, service sequencing, communication, and guest-reading skills.
• Working wine and spirits knowledge with curiosity to continue learning.
• Responsible alcohol-service certification where required, or ability to obtain it promptly.
• Composure, discretion, precision, and a collaborative service mindset.
• TABC and Food Handler Certification

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and guide the full dining experience with poise and warmth.
• Own assigned tables from welcome through farewell and coordinate courses with the team.
• Explain ingredients, techniques, menu narratives, and beverage pairings accurately.
• Coordinate coursing and table maintenance with captains, servers, culinary teams, and managers.
• Record and communicate preferences, allergies, celebrations, and special requests.
• Resolve concerns promptly and involve a leader to prevent a missed experience.
• Complete service prep, opening, closing, and side work to exacting standards.
