Delano in Miami Beach is seeking a Lead Server under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager to oversee the front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest service. The Head Server leads by example and maintains brand standards across all shifts.

You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance, collaborate with kitchen and management, and drive guest satisfaction while ensuring efficient service and safety compliance. This is a full-time role in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in upscale settings.
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and guest service protocols.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and multitask under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the front-of-house service team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency with service guidelines.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of servers.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management to coordinate service flow and guest issues.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to dining service.
• Support revenue initiatives by increasing table turnover and upselling items.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Mentor staff and foster teamwork and professional growth.
• Complete daily reports and service logs accurately.
