Job summary

Vancouver Pointe by ALLURE LIFESTYLES COMMUNITIES, LLC is seeking a dependable Lead Server to support the Culinary Director and dining services team. The Lead Server leads by example, ensures policy adherence, and maintains shift efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent dining service, training servers, scheduling, covering call-outs, mentoring the team, and ensuring side work is completed and signed off.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent meal service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Lead servers in assigned sections and train staff.
• Manage server schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Cover call outs and coordinate coverage when needed.
• Mentor and develop team while maintaining a professional environment.
• Ensure all side work is completed and signed off.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Culinary Director.
