Job summary

Vancouver Pointe in Vancouver, WA is seeking friendly servers to provide outstanding dining experiences for residents. You will welcome residents with warmth, answer questions, and maintain clean, well-presented dining sections throughout your shift.

Training is provided; prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus. You should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds while delivering a great resident experience.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables to keep the dining room inviting and service running smoothly.
• Support fellow team members during busy meal periods to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
