Qualifications

• One to two years related experience
• Basic computer skills are necessary
• Title 4 Server Training must be completed within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
• Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures for servers including service, appearance, customer service and assigned duties.
• Monitor server sections for workload flow and station setup; manage salad bar and buffets for presentation.
• Prepare opening/closing server duty rosters, section assignments, and daily events in FOH Log and FOH Attendance in Outlook.
