Job summary

The candidate should have 1–2 years of related experience and Title 4 Server Training due within 90 days of hire, with strong communication and organizational skills to support residents' dining

Qualifications

• One to two years of related experience.
• Title 4 Server Training completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
• Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures for servers.
• Monitor server sections for workload distribution and service quality.
• Prepare opening/closing server rosters and daily records in FOH systems.
• Assist in information for supervisors on dining room operations and performance.
• Assign duties and work stations to staff as required.
• Oversee station setup and ensure cleanliness and par levels.
