Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Food and Beverage experience and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily F&B staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor service standards, guest interactions, and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring team members for consistent performance.
• Monitor cash handling, sales transactions, and POS accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in scheduling and shift coverage to meet operational needs.
• Maintain station cleanliness and inventory; prepare displays per standards.
• Upsell and promote special offerings to enhance guest experience.
