Table Mountain Casino Inc. in California is seeking a restaurant service team member to take guest orders and deliver food and beverages with accuracy and courtesy, while maintaining an efficient, profitable operation.

You will handle transactions and stay knowledgeable about the menu and specials. Responsibilities include preparing items per prep sheets, maintaining cleanliness, upselling when appropriate, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in a fast-paced casino dining

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service experience required.
• Food and Beverage experience and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and gaming license.

Mansioni

• Take guest orders and provide accurate service.
• Handle cash and process payments per policy.
• Prepare and display food and merchandise per standards (ServSafe where applicable).
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining area and stations.
• Know menu items and upsell specials.
