Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required unless waived by Human Resources Management.
• Six (6) months of customer service experience required.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and deliver food, drinks and merchandise to guests.
• Handle guest transactions: entering orders, tabulating bills and receiving payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Count cash and ensure accuracy of guest checks and payments.
• Provide timely and knowledgeable information about menu items and daily specials.
• Upsell specials and promote offerings to enhance guest experience.
