Qualifications

• 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant.
• Prior leadership or trainer experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak service shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room service flow and assist servers throughout service.
• Greet tables, guide guests through the menu, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Oversee table touches, pacing, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Support training and onboarding of new serving staff.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, hosts, management, and fellow servers.
