Carver Road Hospitality in New York, NY is hiring a Server to deliver premium guest experiences in a high-volume setting. You will take orders, inform guests about specials, manage allergy checks, and ensure timely service with precise POS handling.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant/lounge hospitality experience.
• Able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.

Responsabilités

• Presents menus, answers questions, and suggests items.
• Informs guests of specials and prices.
• Solicits allergies or dietary restrictions from guests.
• Enters all orders into POS and handles cash/card procedures.
• Ensures timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintains knowledge of menus and company standards.
• Adheres to sanitation standards and safety guidelines.
• Communicates guest needs to FOH and BOH teams.
• Participates in opening/closing procedures and trainings.
