Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a service role in a similar environment.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple plates, glassware, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Lead and execute all assigned events, overseeing the service team for seamless operations.
• Demonstrate mastery of all food and beverage menu items, ingredients, and preparations, with recommendations.
• Follow and lead steps of service with efficiency and grace, maintaining urgency.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate with colleagues, management, and the kitchen during service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance before, during, and after service.
• Grow and learn continuously.
