Dudley’s in New York’s Lower East Side, operated by Wish You Were Here Group, is hiring a Server Captain for full-time, night and weekend shifts. The role leads floor service, guides guests through the menu, and ensures a high-energy, guest-centric dining experience.

• Support the training, coaching, and onboarding of new serving staff.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, hosts, management, and fellow servers.
• Handle VIP tables, special requests, and service recovery with confidence.
• Maintain service stations, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
• Help ensure smooth transitions between brunch, dinner, and late service periods.

Now Hiring: Server Captain – Dudley’s (NYC)

Pay: $21/hr (before tip credit) + Tips

Location: Lower East Side, New York City

Schedule: Full-time, nights + weekends required

Dudley’s is a neighborhood favorite known for our lively atmosphere, approachable menu, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for a Server Captain to help lead floor service and uphold the guest experience during busy, high-energy service periods.

This role is ideal for an experienced server who is ready to take on more responsibility and support both the FOH team and management in delivering seamless, memorable service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the dining room service flow and assist servers throughout service
• Greet tables, guide guests through the menu, and provide thoughtful recommendations

What We’re Looking For
