Qualifications

• 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room service flow and assist servers throughout service.
• Greet tables, guide guests through the menu, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Oversee table touches, pacing, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Support the training, coaching, and onboarding of new serving staff.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, hosts, management, and fellow servers.
• Handle VIP tables, special requests, and service recovery with confidence.
• Maintain service stations, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
• Help ensure smooth transitions between brunch, dinner, and late service periods.
