Job summary

A Advanced Septic and Construction is seeking an experienced and licensed Septic System Master Installer to lead our field crews and oversee septic installation projects. This is a hands‑on management position responsible for supervising employees, coordinating projects and resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and performing skilled septic installation work as needed.

A current King County Master Installer License is required for this position.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in septic system installation, repair, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Crew Management: Supervise septic installation crews, assign daily work, monitor performance and safety, and ensure quality and production expectations.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of county septic codes and ensure installations meet applicable standards.
Septic System Installation: Oversee and perform septic installations, including reading designs, trenching, and installing tanks, pipes, and drainfields.
Project Management: Oversee projects from field mobilization through completion, monitoring schedules, budgets, labor, materials, equipment, productivity, and quality.
