Job summary

A Advanced Septic and Construction is seeking an experienced Septic System Master Installer to lead field operations in Auburn, WA. This hands-on management role supervises crews, coordinates projects, and ensures regulatory compliance across King, Pierce, Kitsap, and Thurston Counties.

The ideal candidate will have a King County Master Installer License, 5+ years of septic experience, and proficiency with blueprints and field equipment. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in septic system installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Current and valid King County Master Installer License (required).
• Experience supervising or leading field crews.
• Strong knowledge of septic system installation practices and county requirements.
• Proficiency in reading septic designs, blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Experience operating excavators, skid steers, and other construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Crew management: supervise septic installation crews and coordinate daily work.
• Employee supervision: provide input on performance, training, and advancement.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure installations meet County codes and standards.
• Septic system installation: oversee and perform installations per designs and specs.
• Heavy equipment operation: safely operate excavators and skid steers.
• Project management: oversee field mobilization through completion with schedules and budgets.
• Resource coordination: schedule crews, equipment, materials, and other resources.
• Collaboration: work with estimators, project managers, inspectors and others.
• Blueprint reading: interpret designs and execute plans accurately.
• Safety and quality: enforce safety rules and ensure work meets designs and permits.
• Record keeping: maintain daily project activity records.
