Job summary

A Advanced Septic and Construction in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced and licensed Septic System Master Installer to lead our septic installation crews and oversee field operations. This hands-on management role supervises employees, coordinates projects and resources, ensures regulatory compliance, and performs skilled septic installation work as needed.

A King County Master Installer License is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in septic installation, repair and maintenance.
• Valid King County Master Installer License is required.
• Experience supervising field crews.
• Strong knowledge of septic installation practices and county requirements.
• Ability to read septic designs, blueprints, plans and specifications.
• Experience operating excavators, skid steers and other construction equipment.
• Ability to supervise employees, coordinate projects/resources, monitor costs and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Crew management: supervise septic installation crews and coordinate daily work.
• Employee supervision: provide input on performance, training and advancement.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure installations meet codes and permits.
• Septic installation: oversee and perform installations from designs to backfill.
• Project management: manage field mobilization through completion, schedules and budgets.
• Resource coordination: plan crews, equipment, materials, and other resources.
• Safety and quality: enforce safety requirements and monitor workmanship.
