Job summary

A Advanced Septic and Construction Services is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our Auburn, WA team. This role focuses on septic system installation with heavy equipment operation, trenching, grading, and site preparation, requiring safety and efficiency on the job site.

Must have a valid CDL A (highly preferred) and 3+ years of excavator experience. Candidates should be able to operate loaders, water trucks, dump trucks, backhoes and tankers, while following project plans and

Qualifications

3+ years of experience operating excavators in mainline digging and heavy equipment operation.
Strong understanding of excavation techniques, site preparation, and safety protocols.
Experience operating loaders, water trucks, dump trucks, backhoes, and tankers.
Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate excavators to dig trenches, ditches, and foundations for septic systems and drains.
Perform grading, backfilling, and compaction to required specifications.
Load and unload materials using heavy equipment.
Follow project plans and supervisor instructions for precise excavation work.
Conduct routine maintenance and basic mechanical tasks on equipment.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
