Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee luxury custom home construction in Palm Beach. You will manage all phases from planning to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality craftsmanship.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and coordination of multiple contractors on multi-million-dollar builds, with a pathway to future growth within a renowned firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a superintendent role in custom home construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficient in scheduling and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities; CCM or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, including quality control and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities per the project plan.
• Direct field personnel to complete the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely completion.
• Prepare, schedule, and supervise the final punch list.
• Promote job site safety and promptly address hazards.
• Maintain an organized, clean job site and construction office.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and compliant with policies and laws.
• Regularly communicate progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
