Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent in custom home construction.
• Proven track record with scheduling, safety, cost control, quality control and contract management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to coordinate diverse crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle including scheduling, safety, cost and quality management.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors; ensure clear responsibility and expectations.
• Review progress daily to keep projects on schedule and address delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to high-quality construction standards and proper techniques.
• Implement comprehensive safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage project budgets and implement cost-saving strategies when appropriate.
• Interpret and review contract terms with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
• Address client questions and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
