Job summary

Haynes Group, a family-owned, full-service commercial construction company headquartered in West Bridgewater, MA, seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead subcontractors and trades, ensure safety, manage schedules, and uphold quality within budget across Northeast projects.

You will supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and labor, mentor staff, and drive on-time/on-budget project turnover while maintaining client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Leads and directs on-site teams including subcontractors and trade labor.
• Ensures safety, schedule adherence, and quality of work within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities with OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel per project plan and Haynes supervisory principles.
• Communicate issues and progress daily to the Project Manager.
• Report problems promptly to facilitate cost-effective solutions.
• Establish strong working relationships with clients, Haynes team, subcontractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Seek advice from the General Superintendent or Project Executive on materials, sequencing, scheduling, and personnel.
