Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a Senior Section Lead for Semiconductor Process Integration and Yield. This 100% on-site role leads a team of engineers to fabricate advanced microelectronic devices across multiple semiconductor technologies.

• Hands-on experience with III-V semiconductor processes (GaAs, GaN, or GaSb).
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) software and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Project scheduling and management experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Based in Andover, MA, this 100% on‑site position directs a team of process integration and yield engineers to fabricate advanced microelectronic devices across multiple semiconductor technologies.

Responsibilities

Competitive salary range of $132,400 - $251,600 based on experience.
