RTX seeks an on-site Section Lead – Semiconductor Process Integration and Yield in Andover, MA to guide a team of engineers in advanced microelectronics. You will drive process improvements and oversee schedules to achieve high product yields across mature and new technologies.

A DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required; the role emphasizes leadership, resource planning, and close interaction with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) required.
• 8+ years of semiconductor processing or integration experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Review process changes and champion product improvement opportunities to improve yields.
• Allocate team resources to support the oversight of foundry processes and operations management.
• Review project schedules and costs; drive product yield investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist department manager with manpower planning, overhead control, and performance reviews.
• Support management at department and leadership levels.
