Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Section Lead – Semiconductor Process Integration and Yield in Andover, MA to guide a team of process integration and yield engineers across mature and evolving technologies in support of defense programs.

The role emphasizes cost control, project scheduling, staffing, and hands-on leadership on the foundry floor, with interface to operations, DoD clearance requirements, and a focus on improving yields and process capability for GaAs, GaN, GaSb processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM field.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor processing or integration (advanced STEM degree may count for 3 years).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Review process changes and champion product improvements to improve yields.
• Allocate team resources to oversee foundry processes and correlate wafer performance to product performance.
• Oversee project schedules and costs; drive yield investigations and corrective actions across process workcenters.
• Collaborate with department manager on manpower planning, overhead control, and performance reviews.
• Support management at department, directorate, and functional leadership levels.
