Job summary

Raytheon in the United States is seeking a Sr. Section Lead – Semiconductor Process Integration and Yield to guide a team of engineers on advanced microelectronic devices for DoD programs.

Experience in III-V processing (GaAs/GaN/GaSb) and strong skills in scheduling, cost control, and prioritization are required to drive product yields and process improvements on the foundry floor. Leadership of up to ~20 engineers and active security clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent required; advanced STEM degrees preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor processing or process integration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Review process changes and champion product improvement opportunities to improve yields.
• Allocate team resources and oversee performance across foundry processes.
• Manage project schedules and costs; drive yield investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist in manpower/resource planning and develop proposals; support senior leadership.
